RBVFC Members gave away VIP Cards for a Donation at the Starboard over the St. Patricks Weekend / Season Opening of the Starboard in Dewey Beach. Thank you to Everyone who Donated. Thank You also to the Starboard Staff for all their continued support over the many years. We are still counting, but the Weekend was a Great Success.
