RBVFC Asst. Chief Kent Swarts was installed as 2nd Vice President of the Sussex County Fire Chiefs Association on Thursday Nov. 16 in Seaford. Past President of SCVFCA Ron Marvel administered the Oath with RBVFC Fire Chief & P.P. of SCVFCA, Chuck Snyder pinning his badge on. Congratulations to AC Swarts with his commitment to serve the Fire Service of Sussex County.
