Accident Shuttle Rd & Veterans Way

Another serious accident involving a moped occurred at Shuttle Road and Veterans Way off of Coastal Highway near Rehoboth Beach on Friday Evening July 17th at approx. 7:40 pm. One patient was transported to Christiana Hospital by Delaware State Police helicopter. Rehoboth Beach Firefighters and Sussex County EMS responded to the scene with Delaware State Police investigating while the roadway was closed several hours.
