Building Fire Beach Haven Condo

Fire units from Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Indian River, Bethany Beach, Milton, Dagsboro, Millsboro, Millville, Ellendale, Slaughter Beach responded to a Apartment Building fire at 35948 Haven Dr. in the Beach Haven Condo Complex north of Rehoboth Beach early Friday morning October 18 at approx. 1am off of Coastal Highway. Arriving crews found several units on the 3rd and 2nd floors with fire showing and occupants exiting the building. Firefighters battled the blaze for 3 hours to bring it under control with no injuries. The Red Cross is assisting displaced occupants and the Delaware State Fire Marshal is investigating.
