Water Rescue - Coastal Highway North of Inlet

Rehoboth Center dispatched Station 86 for a water rescue. Units arrived to find a vehicle had tried to make a U turn in the intersection. However due to the amount of rain the vehicle missed the intersection resulting in the vehicle stalling out.
